Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add chopped cup raisins, and coleslaw; toss to combine.
1/2 cup light sour cream
3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups unpeeled chopped Rome apple (about 1 medium)
1 cup golden raisins
1 (16-ounce) package cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw
